Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) and/or products are not received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a dispute, you must report within 5 business days of delivery date along with reason for the dispute. You’ll also need to provide the email address used to place the order as proof of purchase.
